Zohair Nasimi is co-founder and CEO of Sherpa and co-founder of HiveTek. Over more than a decade at AWS and across the cloud industry, he has led cloud strategy and digital transformation programs for startups, mid-market leaders and global enterprises. His work connects executive priorities to the architecture, cost and security decisions that deliver them. At Sherpa, he leads product vision and strategy.

Shabina Yasmin is co-founder and COO of Sherpa and co-founder of HiveTek. Over more than a decade at AWS and across the cloud industry, she has helped organizations from startups to global enterprises plan, launch and scale their digital transformation initiatives. She builds the partnerships, programs and operating cadence that turn strategy into measurable results. At Sherpa, she leads operations, go-to-market and AWS partnerships.
Who advises Sherpa?
Joe Stinziano advises Sherpa on go-to-market strategy, sales leadership and building the company for scale. He was President and CEO of First Orion, which provides branded calling and call-protection services to mobile carriers and businesses. Before that, he spent more than twelve years as Executive Vice President at Samsung Electronics America. There he led sales and marketing for the consumer and enterprise business. Earlier, he held senior sales, marketing and product leadership roles at D&M Holdings, Sony Electronics and AT&T. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Rutgers University.
Why did we build Sherpa?
Across our work with AWS customers, from early-stage startups to global enterprises, we saw the same pattern. Organizations invested in the cloud to accelerate digital transformation, yet cost, security and operational data stayed fragmented across tools and teams. Leaders lacked a trusted view of their environment, and few had the FinOps, security and cloud operations specialists needed to act on it. We built Sherpa to close that gap.
